About Single Screw Oil Press

Single screw oil press machine has a wide range of application scenarios and can meet the needs of various oil press factories. The structure is exquisite, occupying a small area of the site . Furthermore,the machine body is made of high quality wear resistant carbon steel and scientifically matched with castings , with stable performance,ensuring that the machine can work stably for a long time .
There are three type of single screw oil press . Firstly , it is model ZX 85 that is lowest speed of 60-80KG/H and capacity is 1.4-2T/24H , is suit for the lower factory .
Secondly , model ZX 170 is 800-1000KG/H speed and 18-20T/24H capacity , equipped with reducer on the basis of ZX 85 . The reducer's function is stabilizing the feeding rate , increasing the oil yield and reducing wear and tear on the machine .
Finally, there are ZX 105,ZX 125,ZX 128,ZX 130,as the model number increases, the speed and processing capacity increase. Those machines equipped with belt pulley on the basis of ZX 85 , it is also feeding seed stability.And all ZX series can replace diesel motor .
