Pre-treatment + pressing equipment
At first, the oil is cleaned, shelled, crushed, softened, puffed, rolled and fried by pretreatment equipment to make it reach a good state before pressing, and then the crushing equipment is used to get the gross oil. Pretreatment + pressing equipment mainly includes: cleaning equipment (magnetic separator, vibrating cleaning screen, de-stoner), shelling machine, crusher, softening pot, puffing machine, embryo pressing machine, steaming and frying machine.
Different oilseeds have different characteristics, and the required equipment will be slightly different.
