After placing the hydraulic oil pressers in a predetermined position, test the machine as follows:

(1) Wiring: Among the four-core cables from the electrical cabinet, one of them is connected to the neutral wire (generally marked with a special mark before leaving the factory) and the other three are connected to the 380V power wire.

(2) Open the fuel tank cover and add 46# hydraulic oil, and then close the fuel tank cover. The upper limit of the pressure gauge is adjusted to 60Mpa, and the lower limit is adjusted to 50-55Mpa. Turn on the heating switch and adjust the temperature control meter to 50-70 degrees.

(3) Oil pressing operation: power on and observe the motor forward and reverse rotation (stand behind the machine and face the motor, YY-185, YY-230A, YY-230B, YY-250, YY-270 models clockwise for reverse rotation and counterclockwise for forward rotation; YY-300, YY-335, YY-355 models clockwise for forward rotation, counterclockwise for reverse rotation), raise the pressing lever, open the top cover, put in the first cotton pad, and put in the raw materials (the raw materials are fried to the desired color , after exhausting the smoke, the squeezing temperature is about 160 degrees), put on the filter pad and the backing plate, close the top plate, hold the handle, turn on the power switch, the oil pump starts to work, the piston rises, wait until the top cover plate and the upper nut contact let go.

When the pressure gauge indicates that the pressure reaches 60Mpa, it will automatically stop when it passes the upper limit pressure. When the pressure returns to the lower limit, the motor starts again automatically. Repeat this one or two times.

(4) Pressure-relieving the cake: After the oil is drained, turn off the motor switch, press the pressure lever with your right hand, and after the nut leaves the upper top plate, lift the pressure lever, and quickly open the top cover; turn on the motor switch, oil cake come out, remove the top cover, the backing plate and the upper oil filter pad, take out the oil cake, press the pressure relief rod, and after the solid to the bottom, check if the cotton pad is flat.
