Two bottlenecks in tea oil processing: temperature and extraction rate

The temperature, whether it is camellia seed or other edible oil, will affect its color and nutritional elements. Generally, the temperature of oil is about 90-110 degrees Celsius during the pressing process of the oil press. In order to ensure that the nutritional elements in tea seed oil are not destroyed by temperature, the pressing temperature needs to be lower than 80 degrees Celsius.

If you want to reduce the pressing temperature, you need to reduce the pressing pressure, rotating speed, pressing time, etc. in this way, the oil output effect will be poor. Therefore, how to balance the relationship between temperature and extraction rate is a difficult problem that every tea seed equipment processing enterprise needs to solve.

At present, the mainstream preparation method of tea seed oil is low-temperature cold filtration process

· 1.pretreatment of Camellia oleifera seeds: seed selection, kernel shell separation, cleaning and grading to produce high-quality tea seeds.

· 2.cold pressing of Camellia oleifera seeds: a special cold press is used, and the pressing temperature is about 70 ℃ ~ 80 ℃, so as to avoid the dark color of camellia oil caused by high temperature and the loss of effective components.

· 3.oil residue separation: the timely separation of oil residue will directly affect the acid value and color of crude oil.

· 4.cold filtration process: different from the extraction oil process, the cold filtration process requires that the filtration temperature is generally 60 ℃ ~ 70 ℃, and the pressure is less than 0.3MPa.
