· 5-Stage Purification
1. Degumming: Add phosphoric acid, react at 60 - 70℃, remove phosphorus.
2. Deacidification: Use 0.1 - 0.2mol/L NaOH for refining, precipitate to reduce acid value.
3. Dehydration: Heat to 100 - 110℃ under vacuum, reduce water to below 0.1%.
4. Decolorization: Employ 2 - 5% activated clay, filter to decolorize effectively.
5. Deodorization: Steam distill at 220 - 260℃ under high vacuum to remove odor.
6. Dewaxing: Cool to 5 - 10℃ for crystallization, filter to remove wax.
