The basic refining process is as follows.
1. Gross oil filtration
The crude oil is warmed up to 30~32℃ and stirred at 60 r/min to remove the air bubbles in the oil. Add 0.1% to 0.2% of the oil weight of phosphoric acid (mass fraction of 0.5% of industrial phosphoric acid) and then stir for about 30 min.
2. Dephosphorization (degumming)
Adding food-grade phosphoric acid degumming, helps to improve the stability and frying resistance of the finished oil. Settlement for about 4-6 h, and then the oil soap separation
2. Water washing
After separating the soap foot of the net oil in the stirring temperature to 85 ℃, and then add 15% of the oil mass and the temperature of 90 ℃ alkaline water. After adding water that is to stop stirring, let stand 2-3H can be released after the lower layer of waste water. So water washing 2 or 3 times.
3. Decolorization
Pigment is mainly various carotenoids and chlorophyll, the above compounds through oxidation to form colored products, in addition, the pigment body and oxidation of grease interaction, often make grease brown. Through the decolorization process, these pigment bodies and their oxidation products can be removed.
The decolorization temperature requires 105-130 degrees, and the decolorization process takes 20-30 minutes, and the required general to white clay or activated carbon.
4. Steam deodorization:Deodorization tank must be made of stainless steel.
Deodorization is the production process to remove unpleasant odor and taste substances from the oil. In high temperature, high vacuum conditions, through a certain amount of superheated direct steam, steam through the oil containing odor components, steam-liquid surface contact, steam is saturated with odor components and overflow according to its partial pressure ratio to achieve the purpose of deodorization of odor components.
Turn on the vacuum pump to draw the deodorized oil into the deodorizing pot. When indirect steam heats the oil to 120°C, start spraying direct steam, oil temperature control at 220-260 degrees, deodorization about 3-5 h. After deodorization, the oil is cooled to below 70 degrees under vacuum, and refined deodorized oil is obtained after safe filtration.
