The Air Pressure Oil Filter machine removes free water and solid contaminants with high efficiency. The oil filter removes free water from the medium through demulsification, coalescence, and separation processes. The free water content of the treated media is less than 200 PPM and can be less than 100 PPM at the limit. It also filters solid particles in the media to control fluid cleanliness.This machine works good for the oil mill users, filtering rapeseed oil and peanut oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil and other oils, the filtered oil won't contain foam, less soot, no sediment, improve oil yield. 5.operating step

1. Put the air pressure oil filter in a horizontal position

2. Place a piece of accessory filter cloth flat on the installed filter cloth for cleaning.

3. Check whether the air compressor is running correctly. The method is: check whether there is gas from the exhaust port of the air compressor, and if the gas is discharged, the steering is correct, otherwise the steering is incorrect.

4. After the inspection is correct, pour the crude oil into the crude oil drum (stop the oil when the crude oil is lower than the air inlet of the crude oil drum 1-1.5 cm).

5. Close the lid, make the lid and the mouth of the oil barrel fully contact, use 4 groove-shaped clips to tightly clamp the lid and the barrel together, and insert the positioning pin.

6. Close all the air release valves, open the air inlet valve (the valve connected to the hose) on the filter barrel and start the air compressor. The filtering starts. When gas is discharged from the oil outlet, it means the filtration is complete. At this time, turn off the power, open the bleed valve and open the lid of the barrel after exhausting the gas in the barrel.
