5.operating step

1. Put the air pressure oil filter in a horizontal position

2. Place a piece of accessory filter cloth flat on the installed filter cloth for cleaning.

3. Check whether the air compressor is running correctly. The method is: check whether there is gas from the exhaust port of the air compressor, and if the gas is discharged, the steering is correct, otherwise the steering is incorrect.

4. After the inspection is correct, pour the crude oil into the crude oil drum (stop the oil when the crude oil is lower than the air inlet of the crude oil drum 1-1.5 cm).

5. Close the lid, make the lid and the mouth of the oil barrel fully contact, use 4 groove-shaped clips to tightly clamp the lid and the barrel together, and insert the positioning pin.

6. Close all the air release valves, open the air inlet valve (the valve connected to the hose) on the filter barrel and start the air compressor. The filtering starts. When gas is discharged from the oil outlet, it means the filtration is complete. At this time, turn off the power, open the bleed valve and open the lid of the barrel after exhausting the gas in the barrel.
