The main products of the palm fruit crushing plant are crude palm oil and palm kernel, with a processing capacity of approximately 60 to 100 tons of palm fruit bunches per hour. For crude palm oil, it generally needs to go through sterilization, threshing, cooking, pressing, washing, purification, drying and other processes.

Initially, fiber and palm cores need to be separated from the fiber and core separation equipment to facilitate subsequent processing operations and reduce wear and tear on the equipment. The fiber material can be used as biomass as fuel, and the palm core will be transported to the nuclear classification equipment for processing.

The separated palm kernels are transported to the kernel classification equipment, and they are divided into large kernels and small kernels according to the quality of the kernels. This will facilitate the full processing of palm kernels of different sizes when the kernel shells are separated.

The separated palm kernels are then transported to the crusher for crushing, so that the particle size of the palm kernels becomes smaller and the contact area becomes larger, which is beneficial to the transfer of temperature and moisture in subsequent processes.

The crushed palm kernels are then transported to a steaming wok for high-temperature steaming and frying to adjust the temperature, moisture and humidity of the palm kernels so that they reach the best state before pressing.
