Refinery

A refinery refers to a plant that produces diesel, gasoline, kerosene, lubricating oil, petroleum coke, asphalt, and ethylene from processes such as distillation, catalysis, cracking, cracking, and hydrorefining of crude oil extracted from the formation.


The classification of refineries can usually be divided into three types.

1. Fuel type refinery. Production of clean fuels, some clean fuel refineries also produce lubricants

2. Oil-smelting combined refinery. Not only the production of oil products (mainly fuels and lubricants), but also the production of chemical raw materials (olefins, aromatics, etc.)

3. Chemical refinery. Mainly produces chemical raw materials (olefins, aromatics)
