1. Low moisture content

At this time, you must immediately reduce the steam pressure, increase the direct steam injection in the upper steamer, close the lower feed door, reduce the feeding to the press basket, increase the cake thickness, and let the press load gradually decrease before adding Adjust to restore it to normal working condition.
2. The water content of the squeeze is too high
1. The following phenomena will occur when the moisture of the squeezed material is high: 1. The feed is little or not, or the material rotates with the shaft;
2. The cake piece is loose and soft, there is a lot of water vapor, the cake comes out with oil, and the cake rotates with the shaft when the cake comes out;
3. The load of the motor drops, and the working current is below 20 amps;
4. The oil output is reduced, the oil color is whitish, foaming, and the oil output position moves to the feeding end. When the above situation occurs, the indirect steam pressure should be gradually increased to reduce the amount of direct steam injection, and some residue cakes should be added at the feeding port until the oil press returns to normal state.
