Oil Press: Maintenance For Daily Use

1. The tightness and slippage of the feeding belt

The V-belt drives the machine through meshing and frictional movement. Generally, the tension of the V-belt does not have a fixed mode requirement, as long as the V-belt does not slip during use.

If the belt slips, check the gear position so that the two pulleys are on the same plane.

2. Check carbon brushes and conductive copper parts

Carbon brushes are wear parts for daily use. Regularly check the wear and spring elasticity of carbon brushes. If excessive wear, it is easy to produce sparks, and lead to black and short circuit of conductive copper parts.

3. Inspection and maintenance of bearings

Use the oil to remove the dirt on the bearing and then use the lubricant to maintain it.

The side cover of the bearing can be removed and cleaned with oil. After washing the oil, you can apply the needle oil.
