Note: due to the high oil content of sesame, it is not suitable to directly use solvent extraction. Water was extracted by 9%, the press temperature was 65℃, the press was pressed 5 times, and the press shaft speed was 30r/min.

3. Physical and chemical indicators and efficacy of sesame oil

Sesame oil is mainly composed of unsaturated fatty acids, accounting for 85% ~ 90%, oleic acid and linoleic acid basically accounted for 50% each.
