5.General faults and troubleshooting methods:

No pressure up

(1) Check if he oil returns hose on the cylinder is leaking, if it leaks, replace the oil seal.

(2) Check whether the low pressure relief valve is leaking, if yes replace the oil seal.

(3) Check the oil return pipe of the pressure relief valve leaks. If yes, replace the oil needle or repair it. If there is no oil leakage in the above three items, check whether the blocking press wire is leaking, if oil leaks, tighten the screw and replace oil seal.

(4) Open the check valve1,2,3 (shown in P3), if there is a foreign body stuck to the steel ball or spring ball, if the foreign matter removal of foreign body and the boot rinsed, re-installed ball, spring and tighten the oil plug, then testing machine again. If it still does not press up, remove the oil plug again, take out the spring, press the spring with the ejector rod and beat it, and then reinstall it. If it is still not pressing up, plug half of the bottom valve hole with your hand to see if there is any return of oil or no suction. If there is oil return, the seal is not good. Remove the bottom valve, hit the spring with a hammer, and reinstall it. If the hand is not sucked, the oil hole is blocked, clean the oil hole and reinstall

Not oiled:

(1)   The oil has deteriorated or is too dirty, blocking the oil inlet, remove the oil inlet valve and pipeline to clean or replace the oil.

(2) The oil pump inlet valve fails.

(3)  There is too little oil in the oil tank, so add enough oil to the oil tank and drain the air in the pump cavity before working

The solid dose not fall:

(1) The oil seal is damaged to prevent the solid from falling. Replace the oil seal.

(2)  The oil is too thick, replace the low viscosity oil.

No pressure:

(1) Check the oil return valve. After the machine starts to work, remove the oil return hose to see if there is oil flowing out of the joint. If there is oil flowing out, replace the oil return valve steel ball.

(2) High pressure check valve and matching parts. After the machine is turned on and the pressure is increased, stop the machine, remove the long and short hose at the three-way of the low pressure relief valve, and check whether there is oil flowing out of the short pipe. If there is oil flowing out, replace the O-ring.

(3) Remove the oil cylinder return hose, if oil flows out from the joint, replace the oil seal of the cylinder
