Roasting & ShellingBeans are roasted to remove moisture and loosen shells; mechanical crushing separates shells from nibs.
Grinding & Pressing
Grinding: Cocoa nibs are milled into cocoa mass.

PressingHydraulic press pressing separates mass into cocoa oil (yield: 50%–55%) and cocoa cake.
Refining & PackagingOil is filtered, decolorized, and deodorized. Finished product is packed to food/cosmetic standards and stored in cool, dark conditions.
