1.Clean up and dry

 

The peanuts entering the oil plant are inevitably mixed with some impurities. If you do not remove the peanut fruit mixed with soil, stems and leaves and other debris, they will not only affect the quality of oil and cake meal, but also will absorb a part of the oil, reduce the oil rate. If the peanut is sandwiched with sand, metal, hemp rope and other sundries, it will cause machine parts wear, induce production accidents, affect the process effect. Therefore, in order to ensure the smooth production, impurities must be removed as far as possible. Individual peanuts with high water content, in order to shell convenient, drying treatment is also very necessary, so that the high water peanut dehydration to the appropriate moisture.

 

If the impurities are light, such as weeds, stems and leaves, can be selected, with air to blow off impurities; if the impurity particles are small, can be screened, remove impurities; for some size, relative density similar to peanut impurities, if the dirt, can be used in the mill after screening method; if iron impurities, electromagnet or permanent magnet can be separated. 2.Shelling

3.Broken and rolling billet

 

The purpose of peanut kernel crushing is to mechanically reduce the peanut particle size from large and small, to create good oil production conditions for oil production. In the production, it is necessary to break the peanut kernel to 4~6 pieces, so that no more than 8% of the powder passes through the 20-hole / inch (1 inch =2.54 cm) sieve, which will facilitate the rolling billet. The rolling is the process of pressing peanuts into pieces, so it is also called pressing. 4.Steam and fry

 

Steam and frying is one of the most important processes in the extraction of peanut oil. It is to destroy the peanut cells through water and temperature; the oil can reduce the oil viscosity and adjust the performance of the material to withstand the pressure and squeeze the oil from the peanut blank. Peanut oil pressing is mainly used for hot pressing. The effect of stir-frying has a direct impact on the smooth progress of the whole oil production process and the level of oil yield, as well as the quality of oil product and cake meal. Generally with steam boiler and vertical steam boiler and other equipment units, often choose wet steam steaming or heating steam billet method.

 

Wet steaming and frying method is a better steaming and frying method used by the domestic peanut oil factory. It can be basically divided into 3 processes that are wetting. According to the requirements of high moisture steam, when the peanut just into the steamer, the first of the material should be moist, so that it eat enough water.

If the draft is less, there will be a peanut mass, steaming and frying and even the external burned and internal sandwich phenomenon, thus affecting the oil rate. General peanut kernel should be wet for 15%~17% moisture. The second is steamed. The steam billet is heated after the raw billet is wet and then heated under closed conditions. Generally, it should be steamed at 95~ 100 " C for not less than 40 minutes. The third is to fry. Fried billet is the process of drying and dewatering the billet after wetting and steaming the billet, and the purpose is to make the moisture in the billet fully volatile. Generally, the frying time is not less than 20 minutes, until the water content is 1.5%~2.0%, the temperature is about 128C, you can be squeezed.

Its purpose is to make the cooked billet have the most suitable plasticity and resistance to improve the oil yield. Therefore, according to the oil of peanuts, adjust the bad water and temperature. The first squeeze is 5.5%~7.0% and the squeeze temperature is 100~105'C; the second squeeze is 9%~10% and the squeeze temperature is about 105C.
