The standard production workflow starts with the purification of raw peanuts, which are then processed by a professional huller to remove outer shells. The shelled kernels are conveyed to a roasting device for controlled thermal processing, and thereafter transferred to a screw oil extractor to extract oil. After extraction, the crude oil is processed through a filtration unit to obtain refined edible oil that meets quality standards.​

Since the red seed coat of peanuts can alter the color and flavor of the extracted oil, a dedicated peanut skin peeling machine is usually employed to remove it, ensuring the final oil has a pale color and pure taste. Subsequently, the peeled peanuts undergo moderate steaming and roasting treatment, which induces protein denaturation, concentrates oil content, improves extraction efficiency, and enriches the natural aroma of the oil-this thermal processing step is unique to hot extraction and constitutes the primary difference from cold extraction.
