About hydraulic oil press machine

  On the market, many edible oils are obtained by hot-pressing raw materials. Through hot-pressing, the residual oil rate is low and more oil is obtained, but the nutrients are relatively less rich. Cold pressing is suitable for all oils and retains considerable nutrients to a certain extent, but its oil output is low, so the price of cold pressed oil on the market will be relatively high.

  First, put the shelled walnuts into the grinder with a shovel and grind them until they reach a size of about three millimeters. Then pour the ground walnuts into a steaming and roaster them for thirty minutes, continuously stirring with a rotating arm to ensure even roasting.

  Second, roasting the walnuts helps release their fragrance. Next, use an oil press to extract the oil. Fill the oil press with walnuts, cover it, and push the press back to its original position. After releasing the piston, the machine starts to apply a pressure of two hundred kilograms to flatten the walnuts. Then, the walnut oil flows out from the small holes around it and gathers into a collection barrel.

  Lastly, the extracted walnut oil needs to be filtered using a pressure filter. This filter consists of multiple plates with grooves, and paper filters are inserted between the plates. The plates and filters are pressed tightly, and then a powerful pump is activated to push the walnut oil from one end to the other. The filters trap particles such as wax and other components, resulting in better-filtered oil. After that, the filtered walnut oil is left to settle for a few hours until the originally cloudy oil becomes clear and transparent. Finally, the walnut oil is packaged in bottles, and a batch of high-quality walnut oil is made.
