Technical requirements for cottonseed pretreatment process:
1、The water content of cottonseed:8-12%，vintage rate:3－4％。
2、Cottonseed miscellaneous after cleaning≤0.5%，cottonseed underfoot oil contains≤0.5%
3、After cottonseed peeling and separation, the shell containing kernel rate≤1%，shell content in kernel≤10-13%，minimum powder requirements。    
4、Soften
Softening time:20—30min    
Softening temperature ≤80℃
Softening water content:9-11%
Softhe pan steam pressure:0.1-0.2Mpa    
5、Strip plate
Embryo thickness:0.25mm-0.3mm，the embryo thickness is required to be uniform, strong, less powder, loose hand holding, loose hand divergence.
6、Dry
Drying time:15-30min    
Material temperature≤80℃
Moisture content (into the squeezed water):5-7%    
Powder passes through a 30-eye sieve≤8%
