Pressing: After steaming and roasting, the treated rapeseed is transported via a conveyor to a screw oil press. Using mechanical pressure, the press extracts crude oil from the seeds, separating it from the solid seed cake.
Filtration: The crude oil is then passed through a centrifugal filter to remove initial impurities such as solid particles and debris.
Refining: The filtered oil undergoes four key refining stages-degumming (removes phosphorus compounds), deacidification (eliminates free fatty acids), decolorization (removes pigments), and deodorization (neutralizes odor-causing substances). The result is refined rapeseed oil that is cleaner, more stable, and has an extended shelf life.
