Soybean oil production process:

1. Extraction process: soybean → cleaning → crushing → softening → flaking → immersion material → storage box → closed stirring cage → extractor → thick mixed oil

Key points of soybean oil production process: 

1. Flaking is the key to pretreatment, which is related to the yield and quality of oil. The key to flaking lies in the operation of the flaking machine. In order to ensure the quality of flaking, the moisture and temperature of the material before flaking should be strictly controlled. It is best to install a softening box on the billet mill to avoid excessive loss of moisture and temperature after softening. Before starting the machine, carefully check the working conditions of the flaking machine. If you find that the billets at both ends are uneven in thickness, or unrolled oil is mixed into the billets, you should stop the machine for inspection and adjust the rolling distance (balanced adjustment should be made on both sides, and avoid adjusting too tight). Check whether the scraper is tightly attached to the surface of the roll to prevent sticking to the roll. Pay attention to the uniformity of flow and prevent no-load operation.

2. The amount of material in each cell of the extractor is 80-85%, the temperature of the solvent should be controlled at 50-55°C, the soaking temperature of soybean embryos is 50-55°C, and the temperature of the extractor is 50°C. It is better to use the large spray dripping dry spraying method, the liquid level of the spraying section should be 30-50 mm higher than the material surface, and the fresh solvent should not overflow into the dry section when spraying. Solvent ratio (the ratio of solvent weight to leaching material weight) 1:0.8-1.1. Non-toxic solvents are selected, which are required to be volatile to oils and fats, stable in chemical properties, non-flammable, explosive, narrow in boiling point range, low in water solubility, non-corrosive to machinery, and non-chemically reactive with oil residues.

3. Master the operation of the steamer. When the meal enters the diyi layer of the steaming and drying machine, because the meal contains more solvents, the temperature should not rise too fast or too high, and it is better to control it at 65-75°C; the temperature of the second layer is controlled at about 85°C. diyi, the second layer is sprayed with direct steam, and the activity of harmful enzymes is destroyed while the solvent is evaporating. The amount of direct steam injection is 5-6 kg/ton of material. From the third layer to the last layer, the interlayer is heated to play the role of drying material. The temperature is 100-105°C, and the steaming time is about 40 minutes. The mixed steam of water and solvent evaporated from the wet meal after drying is mainly from the high The outlet pipe at the top of the first floor is discharged with a small amount of meal dust (removing these meal dust is beneficial to the solvent condensation and the stability of the recovery system equipment). The dried dry meal is discharged from the outlet of the lower layer of the dryer (exclude dry meal with a moisture content of 18-20%), and the storage temperature is below 40°C.

4.The mixed oil treatment process should strictly control the temperature. After stripping, if the concentration of the mixed oil does not meet the requirements of the evaporation operation, a part of the mixed oil should continue to circulate and evaporate.

5. Refining is to make the quality of soybean product oil meet the edible standard. In the process of refining high-temperature hydration treatment, it should be noted that when adding water, the temperature of preheated soybean crude oil is 55-75°C. Water can be added by spraying direct steam, heating water or using steam and water in three ways. The phospholipid content in the extracted soybean crude oil is 3-4%, and the amount of water added is 2-3.5 times of the phospholipid content, and the water temperature must not be lower than the oil temperature. When adding water, when the phospholipid micelle can be suspended in the oil for a long time and is not easy to gather and form flocculent precipitates, add water faster; otherwise, it should be slower. During hydration, the number of rotations of the stirring blade (inclination 40-45°) is 60-70 rpm at the beginning (140-180 rpm for suspension type), and then slow down to 20-30 rpm after the formation of phospholipids . When the oil temperature reaches 140°C and the vacuum degree reaches 93325 Pascals (700 mm Hg) during hydration, it will remain stable. The solvent content in soybean oil after deodorization should be lower than 50 mg/kg.
