Rapeseed oil hot pressing process: rapeseed - cleaning - steaming - pressing - crude oil - refining - refined oil.
The process of hot-pressing rapeseed oil means that the oil is first steamed and fried at high temperature to cause a series of changes in the oil, destroy the oil cells, promote protein denaturation, reduce the viscosity of the oil, make it more suitable for pressing oil, and increase the oil yield. Compared with the cold pressing process, the rapeseed oil with the hot-pressing process has a stronger flavor and a higher oil yield. However, during the processing of hot-pressed rapeseed oil, some nutrients such as vitamin E, sterols, and carotenoids will be lost.
Compared with cold pressing, the biggest difference is that in the hot-pressing process, a roaster is required to heat the raw materials evenly. The equipment in the oil press usually uses a roaster, which has a good effect. The final temperature of the frying material is 120-132°C. The clinker is not oily when held by hand, it is elastic, and it will fall apart when you let go of it, and the cooking degree is even without being caught. After frying, the residual moisture of the clinker is about 2.0%. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature of the material entering the press is 120~125°C.
