The oil content of soybeans is 15%-26%, and the oil yield is 12%-18% depending on the quality of soybeans in different places. "Expressed soybean oil" uses a purely physical pressing method, which retains the original taste of soybeans and juice. Therefore, the requirements for soybean raw materials are very strict. The raw materials must be fresh and have low acid value and peroxide value.

The processing technology of pressed oil is "physical pressing method", while the processing technology of leached oil is "chemical leaching method". The production process of the physical pressing method requires the raw materials to be carefully selected. After the soybean is removed from impurities and stones, it is crushed, steamed, fried, and squeezed to separate the oil from the soybean. During the pressing process, fried seeds are added, and after being squeezed by the press, using high-tech natural filtration and purification technology. It maintains the original taste of soybeans, has a mellow aroma, is rich in vitamin E, has a long shelf life, and does not contain any additives, solvent residues and soap content. It is a pure natural green food produced by a combination of modern technology and traditional technology.

The screw pressing method is to install a screw shaft in the cylinder of a horizontal device. After the pretreated soybeans enter the screw press, the oil is squeezed out while advancing. This method can produce continuously, but during the oil extraction process, the protein will change to a large extent due to friction and heat.

The hot pressing (cooked pressing) process is mainly used to process flavored edible oils such as peanut oil, rapeseed oil, sesame oil, etc. The oil is fried in a wok and then pressed. The cooked oil is rich in fragrance and has great flavor, especially sesame and peanut. This kind of oil is rich in fragrance and has a higher oil yield than cold-pressed oil presses.
