Due to the five process (dephosphorization, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization and dewaxing) treatment of fully refined oil, the impurities in the oil are removed, so that the edible oil has a good color, smell and antiseptic ability.
Semi-refined is the refined oil obtained after crude oil is filtered, hydrated (dephosphorization), and deacidified. This type of oil generally has a darker color, a strong odor, and a lower smoke point.
Vitamin E contained in unrefined vegetable oil can prevent the oxidative damage of carotene, adrenaline, sex hormones and vitamins A, D, and K. But vitamin E is easily oxidized. Full refining goes through more processes than semi-refining, and vitamin E oxidizes more, so semi-refining preserves more nutrients but also contains more impurities, while fully refined oil can meet the needs of buyers who want to enter the market. How to choose depends on the actual needs and budget of the buyer.
2. Buyers must first have a clear understanding of their own production scale, raw material types, oil output, oil quality requirements and other information, so that it is convenient for manufacturers to provide solutions and recommend suitable models of equipment when consulting manufacturers.
3. Reasonable equipment design, simple process and high degree of automation
The rationality of equipment configuration determines whether an oil factory can achieve maximum benefit production. A scientific and reasonable production line can not only effectively improve operating efficiency, but also maximize benefit.
4. Improve oil refining yield and reduce loss
