Sachainchi oil
Sacha inchi, also known as Plukenetia Volubilis, can be called a superfood. Sacha inchi is a perennial plant native to areas near the Amazon River and some parts of South Asia, one of its main origins being Thailand, that produces star-shaped fruits. Sacha inchi, along with flax seeds, chia seeds and microalgae, add healthy and essential fats to a vegan diet. Sacha inchi is an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids, Omega-6 fatty acids, Omega-9 fatty acids and protein. Sacha inchi protein is obtained from the seeds of the fruit. Yinqi Meiteng fruit oil is a low-temperature physical virgin oil. The oil content of Meiteng fruit seeds is 45% to 56%. Its oil is mainly composed of polyunsaturated fatty acids, and its content is significantly higher than that of all other oil crops. Among them, the polyunsaturated fatty acids are saturated fatty acids are mainly ω series fatty acids, and ω-3, 6, and 9 unsaturated fatty acids account for more than 92%. Moreover, the smoke point of Medicago oil is 199℃-280℃, which is higher than the smoke point of pressed rapeseed oil, pressed soybean oil and pressed peanut oil used for cooking. It is also higher than the olive oil which is often advertised as "high smoke point and less likely to smoke".

But Inchimei Teng fruit oil contains high amounts of unsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E. When unsaturated fatty acids encounter high temperatures, they will be decomposed into free radicals and produce lipid peroxides. Vitamin E will decompose above 200℃.
