Palm oil
Palm oil is derived from palm pulp, and its fatty acid composition is saturated acids accounting for 40% to 50%, of which 80% is palmitic acid, oleic acid is the main unsaturated acid, followed by linoleic acid, rich in vitamin A and vitamin E , with a deep brown color. Due to the decomposition of palm fruit by lipolytic enzymes before harvesting and oil production, coupled with the influence of processing methods and storage and transportation conditions, the content of free fatty acids in crude palm oil is relatively high, generally around 10%, and as high as 30%. The main use of palm oil is to make soap and provide various grades of food-specific oils.

Operating points: Impurity removal and filtration temperature shall not be lower than 50°C, and the impurity content of the filtered oil shall not exceed 0.2%. The initial temperature of intermittent neutralization is 30~35℃, the final temperature is 60~65℃, the concentration of lye is 16~18°Bé, the excess alkali accounts for 0.2%~0.3% of the oil, and the neutralization time is about 1 hour; the concentration of lye is continuously neutralized 20~28°Bé, the excess alkali accounts for 10%~25% of the theoretical alkali, the soap removal temperature is 70~95℃, the drum flushing water is 20~25L/h, and the oil inlet pressure is 0.l~0.3MPa , The oil outlet back pressure is 0.1~0.15MPa, the desoaping oil washing temperature is 85~90℃, the washing water addition accounts for 10%~15% of the oil volume, and the washing oil residual soap is not more than 50ppm. The decolorization temperature of solid fat and liquid oil is 105~110℃, the operating absolute pressure is 2.5~4.0kPa, the time is 15min, and the amount of activated clay added is 3% of the oil amount. The distillation deacidification and deodorization temperature is 240~250℃, the operating absolute pressure is 0.2~0.4kPa, and the time is 80~100min. Cooling and crystallization temperature The initial temperature is 70-80°C, slowly cool to the final temperature of 20°C in about 24 hours, the temperature difference between cooling water and oil is 5-8°C, and the filtration pressure should not be high during separation.
Palm Kernel Oil and Coconut Oil
Palm Kernel Oil and Coconut Oil are non-drying oils. The fatty acid composition is dominated by lauric acid (accounting for 45%~5l% of the fatty acid composition), followed by myristic acid (accounting for about 13%~25%), and the colloid content is low, which is especially suitable for physical refining deacidification. Palm kernel oil and coconut oil are divided into soap grade and food grade. The refining process of refined edible oil is as follows.

Key points of operation: The main purpose of dry degumming is to remove impurities and trace metal ions. For degumming, add phosphoric acid with a concentration of 85% to account for 0.1%~0.2% of the oil. After stirring for 15 minutes, add 2%~3% of the oil. For clay decolorization and further adsorption degumming, the operating temperature is 105~110°C, the operating absolute pressure is 2.5~4.0kPa, the reaction time is 10~15 min, the temperature for filtering and separating clay is not higher than 70°C, and the pretreatment oil requires P≤5 ppm, Fe ≤0.1ppm, Cu≤0.01ppm. The distillation deacidification and deodorization temperature is 240~250℃, the operating absolute pressure is 0.2~0.4kPa, the stripping steam volume accounts for 1%~4% of the oil volume, and the deacidification and deodorization time is 40~100 min.
