WHAT IS FILTER?

Filter is a kind of equipment which uses porous filter to realize solid-liquid separation. 

In ancient China, filtration technology was already used in production. 

In the process of paper-making, plant fiber pulp was floated on the dense bamboo curtain. 

The water is filtered through the gap of the bamboo curtain, and a thin layer of wet pulp is left on the surface of the bamboo curtain. After drying, it becomes paper. 

Now our filtering technology and functions have already reached a higher level. 

Filters are used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, light industry, food, mineral processing, coal and water treatment departments. 

The filter is a new type of filtration system with novel structure, small volume, simple and flexible operation, high efficiency and airtight working. It is a multi-purpose filtration equipment with strong applicability.

Oil filter is a kind of filtering device which uses gravity, centrifugal, pressure, vacuum distillation, mass transfer and other technical methods to remove mechanical impurities, oxidation by-products and water in impure oil. 

Oil filter is mainly used to improve the cleanliness of mechanical and electrical oil, make it play the best performance and extend the service life of the equipment. It can effectively remove pollutants such as water, water-soluble acid, alkali, mechanical impurities, etc., and improve the kinematic viscosity, flash point and emulsification of oil. So that the oil can quickly return to the required performance, close to or reach the corresponding national new oil standards.

According to the principle of the oil filter, it can be divided into three parts:

1、 Plate and frame oil filter

2、 Vacuum oil filter

3、 Centrifugal oil filter
