About edible peanut oil production line
Peanut oil is loved by consumers in daily life. Today we will learn how to process peanuts into peanut oil. It can be roughly divided into three steps: cleaning, pressing and refining.
In the cleaning section, the peanuts first enter the first machine. Stone removal machine, as the name suggests, removes large impurities such as stones and soil. Since peanuts are harvested from soil, the raw materials often contain stones, dirt, etc. These impurities will affect the oil yield and therefore need to be removed. Then, the clean peanuts will enter the shelling machine. Since the peanut shells will absorb oil during the pressing process, in order to obtain a higher oil content, it is best to remove the peanut shells before pressing. Next, the peanuts enter the crusher, which crushes the large peanut kernels into crushed peanuts, destroying the cellular structure inside the peanuts to increase the oil yield. Finally, the machine before entering the crusher is the roaster, which stirs the crushed peanuts and regulates the oil yield. The moisture temperature is more conducive to oil production.
In the pressing part, the crushed peanuts enter the oil press, and under mechanical pressing, crude peanut oil and oil cake are obtained. Freshly pressed peanut oil is fragrant now, but there are still various impurities in the oil, such as moisture, impurities, etc. So we use a filter to remove the impurities visible to the naked eye to obtain translucent peanut oil.
Enter the refining part, filter the peanut oil, reaction takes place in refining tank, dephosphorize and deacidif, reduce the acid value, and then enter the decolorization tank, through the reaction with activated clay, decolorization and dehydration in a vacuum high temperature environment, and finally if there are special requirements, then enter deodorizing tank removes odorous substances from grease. Since peanut oil contains wax, customers are often advised to refining it and dewaxing it at the same time. In this way, the peanuts are processed into delicious peanut oil.
