Oil content of rapeseed is 33-40%, which is a excellent oil material.

1. Cooking: Cooking is one of the important step during oil pressing. The extraction of raw materials after heating is called hot press, and the extraction of raw material without heating is called cold press. Cooking rape seed before pressing can increase oil yield. Cooking the rape seed  will improve oil yield and oil quality.

2. Pressing: Screw oil press machine is widely used in oil factory, which has simple structure, and can operate continuously.

3. Filtration: After get the rape seed oil, then filter the oil to remove impurities.
