1. The oil pump does not absorb oil

If the oil extractor machine is not cleaned in time after using, it may cause the residue to block the oil pump. At this time, the oil filter should be disassembled and washed.

2. The screw shaft is suddenly stuck

In the early stage of pressing, a large amount of material is fed before the pressing chamber is heated, or a large amount of material is fed during the pressing process, which may cause poor discharge and blockage of the pressing chamber by oil. Therefore, the feeding should be continuous and uniform and the oil cake should not be too thin. If a fault occurs, the power should be turned off immediately to stop feeding. Then remove the oil in the chamber and press again.

3. Oil return

The oil gap is blocked or the oil gap is too small, which may cause oil return. The former should remove the press bar for cleaning, and the latter should adjust the press bar gap.

4. Safety valve failure

The oil is not clean and dirt is deposited on the contact surface, the spring loses its elasticity, and the adjustment screw is not loosened to the specified pressure, etc., which may cause the safety valve to fail. We can disassemble and clean if the valve port and valve needle are damaged, they should be ground and the spring should be replaced.
