The correct approach is, first of all, the oil press chamber in the parts in order to remove, must pay attention to the process of disassembly, must be in order to arrange the location of various accessories, so as not to install back in the wrong order when the installation. This will result in the oil press not working properly.

If the power outage is short and does not exceed 40 minutes, you can disassemble the oil press accessories without disassembly. If it exceeds this time, it must be disassembled and cleaned before the press can work again.

During the pressing process, the material is broken in the press chamber, the possible reason is that the press chamber is blocked by oil material. Therefore, the material should be added continuously and evenly. Once blockage occurs, the power should be turned off immediately, the feeding should be stopped, and the discharge plate should be opened, the screw spindle should be withdrawn, the oil material in the press chamber should be clear, and the press should be pressed again.
