How to solve the problem of oil in the oil cake pressed by the screw press?
Customers who have been in the oil press business know that the cake produced after normal oil pressing does not contain oil, the cake is cake, and the oil is oil. Some customers encounter the phenomenon of oil in the cake during the pressing process, and they think that the oil press they purchased has a problem. In fact, this is not the case. The following screw press manufacturers will tell you the reasons and solutions for the oil in the cake. .
Screw oil press
One reason for this failure is that the screw is loose and there is a gap. The screw of the screw press has a locking handle to fix the screw. When adjusting the thickness of the cake, the locking handle must be loosened. After adjustment, it must be Just lock it up. Sometimes, the screw press will shake the lock handle loose for a long time, or if the operator does not lock the handle after adjustment, the screw will loosen. If the screw is loose, there will be a gap between the screw and the extrusion head. The oil in the press chamber will be taken out with the oil cake, just tighten the lock handle.
The second reason is that there are scars on the snails or the slivers themselves, so there will be gaps, and the oil will leak from the gaps. At this time, the snails need to be repaired or replaced. The third reason is that the temperature is too high during frying, causing the oil to be charred on the outside and tender inside. Don’t underestimate the frying material. There is a saying in our industry called "seven-point fry, three-point squeeze". Stir-frying is essential.
Another reason is that the oil line gap of the screw oil press is too narrow, and the oil cannot flow from the oil line in time, and can only be taken away by the cake. If this happens, just re-arrange the press strips.
