Troubleshooting of the screw press

Hydraulic pump pressure is not enough

The reason is:

1. The oil delivery valve is dirty or has poor contact;

2. The oil inlet and outlet valve plugs on the press are in poor contact with the valve seat or are not tightened to cause oil return;

3. The clearance between the small piston and the pump body is too large.

The hydraulic pump can't pump oil

The reason is:

1. The oil filter net is blocked;

2. The oil is used for too long, and some sediment adheres to the oil inlet valve, so that the throttle is not tight;

3. The oil in the fuel tank is too strong or solidified due to cold weather;

4. The oil in the fuel tank is insufficient;

5. There is no vacuum in the hydraulic pump.

Pressure gauge pointer can not be maintained, quickly falling

The reason is:

1. The safety valve is not sealed;

2. Poor contact between the inlet and outlet valve plugs and the steel ball;

3. Each oil pipe joint and hydraulic cylinder screw plug and hydraulic cylinder oil inlet hole are not tightened;

4. The three-way oil return valve is in poor contact with the steel ball.
