   One, scientific use method


   1. Before use, adjust the gap between the screw press and the cake, and push the screw press shaft forward against the cake outlet.


2. Before squeezing, run the screw oil press by itself for 3-5 minutes, then put in the oil cake, put in as little as possible, so that the oil press can heat up, when the screw press reaches 80 degrees Left and right, you can press normally.


3. When squeezing sesame and peanuts with higher oily raw materials, it is better to squeeze in batches, and each batch should be rolled 2-3 times continuously, because the squeezing oil takes a lot of heat, and it is pressed again The oil will be reduced and the heat will be reduced, so that the operating temperature of the screw press can be guaranteed.


  4. Before stopping the machine, stop feeding, but need to discharge the remaining part of the screw press chamber, and enlarge the gap between the cakes, and discharge the excess oil residue in the press chamber. In this way, the power can be shut down. After the oil press is shut down, the residue in the press chamber should be cleaned in time to avoid affecting the next use.


   2. Failure and discharge


   1. It stops suddenly and the screw shaft is stuck.


  Whether there are debris cleaned up before the oil is fed, and whether there are any stones, metals, etc. in the press chamber.


  2, oil output is too low


   It may be because the water content of the oil is not suitable, the temperature of the pressing chamber is too low, the gaps between the pressing chambers do not meet the requirements, and some parts are too worn.


   3. Serious slagging


   It may be that the squeezed strip is too loose, just tighten it. The oil is too dry, and the slag is discharged from the gap. Just adjust the water content.


  4, oily dark brown and


   It may be that the temperature of the pressing chamber is low, the oil has too much residue, and there are moldy parts in the oil.
