When squeezing sesame and peanuts with higher oily raw materials, it is better to squeeze in batches, and each batch should be rolled 2-3 times continuously, because the squeezing oil takes a lot of heat, and it is pressed again The oil will be reduced and the heat will be reduced, so that the operating temperature of the screw press can be guaranteed.

Before stopping the machine, stop feeding, but need to discharge the remaining part of the screw press chamber, and enlarge the gap between the cakes, and discharge the excess oil residue in the press chamber. In this way, the power can be shut down. After the oil press is shut down, the residue in the press chamber should be cleaned in time to avoid affecting the next use.
