A: Cooked press
Advantages :
(1) One-time pressing oil, so that the oil cake to meet the standard (national standard 8%);
(2) The smell of oil is so rich that you can smell it for miles.
Disadvantages :
(1) The color of oil tends to be red and yellow -- darker;
(2) Powder concentration is higher than cold pressing -- more oil residue than cold pressing;
(3) High requirements for the grade of the dried nuts , and can not be pressed a second time.
B: Cold press
Advantages :
(1) It doesn't need cooker, directly into the press;
(2) The oil has a clear color and high transparency;
(3) The protein of oil cake will not change
Disadvantages :
(1) It needs to control the moisture of raw materials;
(2) Oil has a light taste and no fragrance;
(3) High energy consumption -- it is usually pressed 2-3 times.
