Flaxseed Cold Pressed
Translation: Cold-Pressed Flaxseed Oil: It refers to the process of extracting oil from flaxseeds under low temperature conditions using physical mechanical pressure. This method is known as cold-pressing. Unlike traditional processes involving high temperature (roasting and steaming), cold-pressing does not involve any high temperature stages. As a result, the oil remains distributed within the protein, retaining a high amount of nutrients.

Characteristics of Cold-Pressed Flaxseed Oil Extraction:
1. Avoids degradation of fats, sugars, and denaturation of proteins that may occur during high-temperature pressing.
2. Prevents darkening of flaxseed oil and the appearance of scorched flavors caused by high temperatures.
3. Multiple filtrations are performed to eliminate harmful substances.
4. Prevents the destruction of nutrients that may occur during high-temperature processing, thereby preserving the nutritional value.
The advantages are evident: Cold-pressing retains a wide range of nutrients, resulting in improved taste.
However, there are some disadvantages: The oil yield is relatively low, the production cost is high, and the price is expensive.
