The oil press cannot feed most of the new equipment, because the new machine does not run in the screw, and the extruder's head is not smooth before the astringent light. The oil of the screw press is pushed by the screw. If a certain part is not smooth, the pushing speed will slow down. This is because the oil is too old for three reasons. If the frying oil is too old and the moisture is too low, after entering the press room, it will stick to the pressing screw, so that the oil behind it cannot fall off.

The four reasons are blockage of the oil circuit. If the oil passage is blocked, the oil will not flow out in time, it will flow into the pressure chamber, and when the space becomes smaller, the oil will not flow smoothly. The treatment method is to clean the oil pipe, that is, shake the oil pipe plug with a hammer when the screw press is working.

Another reason is that the interface between the rear bracket and the pressure rod is worn out. In this case, the ## part of the extruder will move, there is no gap, and the oil behind it cannot enter.
