Screw Press
The screw press is mainly composed of electrical control, automatic heating, adjustment, transmission and vacuum filter oil. The snail is made of alloy steel by carburizing to enhance the surface hardness and wear resistance; the squeezing is ground by a surface grinder to ensure the accuracy of the oil line and improve the oil yield; standard components such as power distribution, vacuum and automatic heating, optimize the machine configuration. The surface of the machine is made of stainless steel and chrome, which meets food hygiene standards. The operating principle of the screw press is to fill the lubricating parts of each part according to the requirements to check whether the parts are tight, the operating handle, whether the insert is flexible, and the large pulley is moved by hand to check whether the machine is loose or stuck. If there is any abnormality, remove the lock nut in time, screw the screw shaft to the dead point, then return it, and then advance half a turn to keep the gap between the screw and the cake ring. Adjust the belt tightness. The pulley that drives the rotating shaft of the material is a two-slot wheel. If the slag is severe, a small groove wheel can be used. Open the electrical box door, place the power air switch in the box in the closed position, start the motor, and check whether the direction of rotation of the large groove wheel is consistent with the direction of the mark. After the oil press is turned on, the feeding should be slow and even. The feeding should not be too strong or too much, and less time. Otherwise, the machine may be blocked and jammed. Start feeding the cake should be thicker, after the normal cake, the machine temperature reaches 150200 degrees Celsius to pour the embryo into the hopper for normal pressing. The cake was observed after the machine was running normally.
