A new oil press usually needs a run-in period when it is bought back. This run-in is to check whether the equipment can work normally, and after the equipment runs in smoothly, it is beneficial to the later use of the equipment. For the new oil press that you just bought, you must first read the instructions that came with the machine, and get some general understanding first, and you must operate in strict accordance with the regulations from the beginning to develop good usage habits.
After the new oil press is installed, it takes 2-8 hours to grind. The method is to use the squeezed oil cake material (rapeseed cake, soybean cake, cotton cake or cotton husk, rice husk) slowly from the hopper , Repeated squeezing, so that the snails are polished, oil cakes, and formed smoothly. Remember not to pour the material directly into the hopper at the beginning of the squeeze, but feed it by hand to prevent the screw shaft from jamming. If the feed is too strong, there is an abnormal noise in the press chamber or the press screw shaft is stuck, stop immediately, eliminate the obstruction, or start the grinding after reassembly. It is strictly forbidden to forcibly trailer or reverse the material.
In addition, during normal oil extraction, the feed must be kept even, and not too much or too little or the material is cut off and idling. At this time, the load of the machine is normal, the operation is stable, and the sound is rhythmic. The cake thickness is normally controlled at 0.5-21mm. The cake output is smooth. The low pressure section is basically free of slag, and there is a small amount of oil slag in the high pressure section, but the proportion of slag in the oil is not more than 10%. The temperature in the press chamber can reach 150-200 degrees. The blue smoke coming out of the cake outlet should be discharged from the smoking pipe through the shield. The hot cake must be spread out in time to avoid spontaneous combustion. When the continuous working time is too long and the temperature of the machine is too high, cooling measures such as electric fan and blower should be adopted. When the squeezed oil is vacuum filtered, press the button of the vacuum pump and the vacuum pump starts to run. The air in the filter barrel is drawn out, and negative pressure is formed in the barrel. The oil on it naturally flows into the filter barrel, and the oil residue is Isolate it on the filter cloth. After the squeezing is completed and the oil is pumped, stop the vacuum pump and open the valve on the oil filter barrel. The filter cloth forms dry residue and scrapes it off with a scraper to remove the pure oil in the oil filter barrel. Discharge from the valve at the bottom of the drum.
Afterwards, stop feeding before stopping the machine, and at the same time loosen the cake outlet, and then put in a small amount of cake crumbs, wait until the remaining material in the squeezing chamber is exhausted, and the cake outlet no longer outputs cakes before stopping. After stopping, turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise 1-3 turns, and then disconnect the power.
