Operation process of hydraulic sesame oil press
Hydraulic sesame oil press is a kind of oil press with simpler operation and fewer wearing parts. It is currently a more advanced equipment that replaces manual operation of small sesame oil. The operation process of hydraulic press is introduced below: Clean the oil tank and add enough hydraulic oil, check whether the bolts of each part are loose, and check whether the line connection is correct.
1. Preheating before each oil pressing, the preheating temperature: summer and autumn is 50~70°C, east and spring are 70~90°C. The preheating system is automatically controlled without turning off the temperature control switch.
2. Hold the handle of the upper top plate, fully open the upper top plate, and make it 180° to the working position, pad the bottom of the press chamber, and lower the piston into place for use.
3. Run the machine empty for 1~2 minutes before each oil pressing. If the hydraulic oil becomes thick in winter and spring, run the machine empty for 5-10 minutes to make the oil thin and easy to operate.
4. Drain the oily fumes from the fried sesame seeds and put them into the press chamber.
5. Put a cushion on the upper end of the hemp seeds in the press chamber, and place the separator plate on the upper end of the press chamber and push it into the press chamber. If the oil is low, the oil can be raised when the machine is turned on to keep the oil on the upper plane slightly lower than the upper end surface of the press chamber; otherwise, the upper top plate cannot be closed, lift the handle of the manual valve, and start the press.
6. This hydraulic press must be operated by a special person. The host is not allowed to leave people during the boosting process. The motor stops working when the pressure reaches 55 MPa. Otherwise, the power supply should be turned off immediately to check whether the pressure gauge is damaged or malfunctioning, and whether the AC contactor is damaged. , If it is damaged, it should be replaced immediately and checked for error before starting to use.
7. When the pressure gauge rises to 55 MPa, the electrical control system will automatically stop. When the pressure of the press chamber drops to 45 MPa, the electrical control system will automatically start, and the pressure of the pressure gauge will rise again, and there will be no oil leakage from the press chamber. Indicates that the oil is exhausted.
8. Shut down: Hold the handle of the hand control valve, press down the spool of the hand control valve to lower the press chamber to 10 mm from the top, lift the handle of the hand control valve, and open the upper top plate.
9. Turn on, the sesame cake rises, and the piston top plate is about 5 mm above the upper end of the press chamber. Turn off the machine, remove the material partition and the upper cushion, and take out the oil cake.
