Palm oil refining process and its impact
The palm pressing, refining and fractionation production line uses the most advanced technology, from palm fruit oil extraction to refining and fractionation.
Palm kernel oil extraction process:
1. Weighing: When the palm fruit is transported into the factory, it is first weighed by a truck scale, which is convenient for settlement and subsequent processing cost accounting.
2. Fruit unloading: FFB is screened to remove impurities after passing through the ramp, and then sent to the conveying machine to the sterilization tank. The time from picking to sterilization should not be too long.
3. Sterilization: After FFB enters the sterilization tank, pressurized and high-temperature cooking is carried out. This stage prepares for various subsequent processes.
4. Fruit threshing: FFB is softened during the sterilization process, and the palm fruit is separated from the empty fruit bunch after being beaten and sieved by the threshing machine.
5. After being transported and hoarded, the empty fruit bunches are transported to the orchard to be used as fertilizer or fuel, and can also be used for other purposes.
6. Mashing: After threshing, the fruit is broken by stirring and squeezing in a mashing tank.
7. Squeezing: The crushed fruit is leached by screw extrusion in the squeezer.
8. Fiber separation: The squeezed pie-shaped fiber is broken and then enters the winnowing system to separate the fiber from the core.
9. Nucleolus separation: After the nucleus is separated from the fiber, the nucleus is divided into the kernel and the shell by a nuclear crusher, and then the kernel and the shell are separated by the winnowing and washing system. The shell is stored as fuel and enters the boiler fuel system. The kernels are stored after drying.
10. Oil clarification: Crude oil still contains a certain amount of moisture and impurities after being squeezed. It enters the vertical clarified oil tank and is heated and stirred, and then separated into dirty oil and clean oil. After the clean oil is dried, it is transported. To the crude oil storage tank. The dirty oil is processed and recycled after going through a desanding system and centrifugal separation.
11. Palm kernel oil extraction: The process of palm kernel oil extraction includes crushing, rolling, steaming, and pressing. The production process and equipment are similar to those of general oils.
