一. Preparation before working of the oil press machine
1. The room temperature of the oil press room should be kept at 15~20℃. Too low temperature will affect the oil yield and oil quality
2. Before squeezing oil, prepare all the tools used for feeding, receiving oil, removing impurities, unblocking the hopper and cleaning the machine.
3. Check the transmission and lubrication system to ensure flexible rotation and adequate lubrication.
4. Carry out empty operation after starting up. If you find screaming, knocking or other abnormal phenomena during operation, you should stop the car for maintenance immediately and thoroughly eliminate the fault before continuing the test until the machine runs stably.
5. The moisture content of the oil before pressing should be appropriate, and the best moisture content is as follows: peanut 8-11%, soybean 5-8%, cotton seed 4-8%, rapeseed 6-8%. Using experience to distinguish several methods of oil moisture content is as follows. Cotton seed: It is suitable to be broken when biting with teeth and the shell kernel is easy to separate. If the cotton kernel becomes powder, it is too dry, and the kernel shell becomes too wet. Soybean: It can be crushed with front teeth, flattened with cheek teeth and cracked, and a slight noise is suitable. If it is bitten, it is too wet; if it is broken, it is too dry. Peanut kernels : Generally hot pressing is the main method. The pressing chamber is preheated during hot pressing, the peanut kernels are fried to about 60℃, and then pressed while hot. Rapeseed: When cold pressing, squeeze the rapeseed with your fingernails, and divide it into two pieces and get the oil. If it becomes powder, it will be too dry, and if i t is flat and not cracked, it will be too wet. Hot-squeeze the rapeseed in an iron pan for about 10 minutes at a temperature of 70-80°C, rub it on a wooden board with a triangular piece of wood. If the shell and core are separated into two pieces, the moisture content is appropriate. If the kernel becomes flour, it will be too dry. If the shell does not separate, it is too wet.
二. Operation of the screw press
1. After the oil press is running normally, feed a small amount of oil evenly and slowly to heat the chamber and observe whether the cake is smooth. If it cannot be discharged smoothly, it may be because the gap of the cake outlet is too small, turn the adjustment handwheel clockwise. If you find too much cake is too fast, turn the adjustment handwheel counterclockwise until it works normally. Then slowly increase the feed rate to prevent uneven feeding and sudden increase in load, causing blockage.
2. The working temperature of the oil press should be determined according to the type of oil and the degree of dryness and wetness. If the feed is relatively dry, the machine temperature must be higher, and vice versa. Generally, the oil can be discharged when the machine temperature is 60`CC. You can start normal operation when you feel hot when touching the body shell with your hands.
3. When the squeezing is started, the cake thickness should be slowly adjusted. When the cake thickness is adjusted to 0.3 to 1.0 mm, it is considered that the requirement is reached. At this time, the hand lever can be turned to lock the adjustment nut to increase the feeding amount.
4. Check the clear condition of the cake outlet frequently during work. If the cake is not smooth or when the cake is stopped, stop feeding, pull out the lower insert, remove the material in the inlet, and slowly exit the spindle to clear the blockage.
5. Continuously remove slag leakage during work to prevent the oil circuit from being blocked. The recovered oil residue can be returned to the hopper to continue squeezing.
6. When pressing the second time, the oil cake should be broken into small pieces of about 10 mm and fed to the hopper to prevent the overhead from affecting the feed. In general, soybeans can be squeezed twice, peanut kernels and cotton seeds can be squeezed 2-3 times.
7. If metal or other hard objects enter the machine chamber, stop and clean up immediately.
8. Within 1-2 minutes before stopping, close the lower insert plate of the feed inlet, stop feeding, and withdraw the screw 2 or 3 turns to increase the gap between the cakes and discharge the excess residue in the chamber.
三. Maintenance and repair of screw press
1. Regularly lubricate all parts with butter or engine oil. copper sleeve and the adjusting screw sleeve are added with oil once after 4-6 hours of work, and the rolling bearing is cleaned and refilled with butter after 3 months to 4 months of use.
2. After the oil press has been working for 3 to 4 months, perform an overhaul. The maintenance items include: adjusting the concentricity of the screw shaft and the pressing chamber; checking the wear of the vulnerable parts such as the pressing screw, the pressing rod and the cake ring.
