Common Faults Of Screw Oil Press(二)

Due to the large number of agricultural, household and commercial oil press manufacturers, uneven quality, combined with some small individual enterprises lack of production conditions, extensive quality management, low technical ability, and even jerry-building and other reasons, agricultural oil press may exist such limitations. There are mainly the following situations：

1. Suddenly stop, screw shaft is stuck

A. When there is too much feeding at the initial stage of the press, the fried oil seeds or dry cakes heated with water can be slowly fed and then eliminated by the mill repeatedly.

B. In the process of pressing, the material in the press chamber is broken, and then a large amount of feeding, and at this time the cake is too thin, resulting in poor discharge of material, and the press chamber is blocked by oil. Therefore, the feeding should be continuous and uniform, the cake can not be too thin, once the blockage occurs, should immediately turn off the power supply, stop feeding, and open the discharge plate, exit the spiral shaft, remove the oil in the chamber, and re pressing.

C. Oil is not cleared, stones, metals and other debris into the chamber, should be shut down to take out.

2. Crack of press cage

A. If there is too much feeding suddenly when starting the machine, the feeding quantity should be increased after the feeding is smooth and the cake is released.

B. When metal objects or stones and other hard impurities enter the press chamber, oil should be cleaned.

C. The cake is too dry when running in, and appropriate amount of water should be added to the cake.

D. The gap between the pie head and the pie ring is too small, so the material is forced to be fed. Increase the gap between the cakes.

E. Too many presses and no water is added to the blank. Increase the water content of the blank, except the low pressure of the chamber.

F. The residual cake in the press chamber is not cleaned up and a large number of feeding presses are started. Clean up and then start the machine.

3. Other reasons affecting output

A. The cleanliness of raw materials is not enough, and sand and impurities enter the press chamber.

B. The screw shaft or the cake outlet is not smooth, which affects the feeding and cake discharge. Grinding wheel can be used, or rice husk and other materials with large friction coefficient can be mixed into the cake, and appropriate water can be added.

C. If the speed of the screw shaft is too high or too low, the speed should be adjusted to meet the requirements.

D. If the screw shaft is polished, the parts should be replaced.
