Common Faults Of Screw Oil Press(一)
Due to the large number of agricultural, household and commercial oil press manufacturers, uneven quality, combined with some small individual enterprises lack of production conditions, extensive quality management, low technical ability, and even jerry-building and other reasons, agricultural oil press may exist such limitations. There are mainly the following situations:
1.Oil outlets is blocked
The oil seam of the press bar is blocked by oil residue, debris, or the press bar is packed too tightly. At this time , it should be removed from the oil residue, or readjust the squeeze bar tightness. If there is oil storage in the hopper, stop feeding, and slowly rush out the oil with the cake before continuing the normal work. The oil can also be discharged from the discharge port, and then the press chamber parts can be disassembled and restarted.
The oil content is high, but the cake is too thin so that the oil can not be discharged from the seam in time and stored in the press chamber and hopper. At this time should be pressed by the oil seed with a high oil content to operate, the cake should be thicker, otherwise it should be thinner
2.Excessive slagging
The oil is too dry, and the amount of debris discharged from the pressing joint is increased. At this time, the oil moisture should be readjusted.
The oil is too wet to form pressure, and the oil and slag can not be separated. If the oil drainage seam is too large at this time, the slag will be extruded from the oil seam.
The pressing bar is too loose. The pressing bar should be packed.
3.No oil or low oil yield
Raw material is too wet or too dry, damp and moldy, the grain is not full, too much impurities. Should re-clean the oil or adjust the oil moisture.
If the oil drain seam is blocked by oil residue or the pressing bar is assembled too tightly, the oil residue should be removed and the tightness of the pressing bar should be adjusted according to the oil content.
If the press bar, press screw, cake ring and other parts are worn out, the worn parts should be replaced.
When the cake is too thin or too thick, the cake thickness or the oil should be adjusted.
At the beginning of the press, the temperature of the press chamber is too low, so the mill should be preheated and the temperature should be raised.
