Overseas Customer Visits Factory to Witness the Strong Strength of Our Oil Pressing Equipment

Recently, an important overseas customer visited our factory for a one-day on-site inspection, focusing on verifying our core oil processing equipment and production line to understand equipment performance and production strength, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.

Upon arrival, the customer was warmly received by our management, technical and sales teams. Accompanied by the sales manager and technical engineers, the customer inspected the production workshop and equipment commissioning area, observing equipment assembly and operation on site. The technical team explained the core products' advantages, working principles and parameters, demonstrated the linked operation of the RF125-S ring-type oil press and YLB470 plate-frame filter, and answered the customer's technical questions.

As our core product, the RF125-S oil press has unique advantages: uniform pressure in the pressing chamber, wear resistance, and precise temperature control to improve oil yield and retain nutrition. It can process over 30 oil crops, with simple operation and low maintenance, suitable for small and medium-scale processing.

The supporting YLB470 plate-frame filter has a 7㎡ filtration area and 450L/h processing capacity, with mechanical slag discharge to reduce labor costs. It achieves high-precision solid-liquid separation, improving oil quality and matching the RF125-S perfectly to enhance overall efficiency.
