Specific Measures To Increase The Oil Output Rate Of The Oil Press Machine

1. Control the temperature during frying. The room temperature of the equipment room should be kept at 15℃-20℃. If the feed is relatively dry, the machine temperature must be higher, and vice versa. Generally, the machine tool greenhouse can produce oil at 60°C. You can start normal operation when you feel hot when touching the body shell with your hands.

   If a  oil press machine passes through the continuous pressing equipment, the temperature will gradually increase. When it runs for too long, you should rest for a while to prevent the machine from overheating. When the press is just started, the machine needs to be preheated. The previous oil cake or a small amount of oil can be pressed repeatedly when the temperature of the oil press equipment reaches about 60 degrees.

   2. This is very important to control the amount of moisture. The moisture content of the oil before pressing should be appropriate. The best moisture content is as follows: peanut 8%-11%, soybean 5%-8%, cottonseed 4%-6%, rapeseed 6%-8%.
